Our headquarters and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility are both located in O'Fallon, MO.
Our company was founded in 1981 by a skilled instrument maker and we have carried that tradition on to this day. Each product goes through the scrutiny of our ISO13485:2003 Quality System before being sent to our customers.
If you need a custom item not currently in our product offering, please contact us. As a small company, we are flexible and responsive to our customer's needs. We have worked with several physicians in the past developing custom instruments. Our most popular custom item is our Rous Sub Tenon/Parabulbar Needle. We can manufacture and keep custom, sterile instruments in stock for a fraction of the cost of our competitors.
TASS, or Toxic Anterior Segment Syndrome, is a post-operative, acute inflammatory reaction caused by a toxic substance introduced into the eye during ophthalmic procedures. A major cause of TASS is the use of improperly or inadequately sterilized reusable products. Using disposable instruments decreases the likelihood of TASS while guaranteeing the quality of the instrument.
